Dennis is a recurring miniboss in the Make a Good Mega Man Level series. While initially appearing as a regular Metall, shooting him reveals that he is able to transform into a wide variety of Mets before eventually being defeated.
In Make a Good Mega Man Level 2, Dennis can be found in the entry Launch Man & Shuttle Man, where he possesses a key needed to claim the stage's fourth Noble Nickel. After unlocking the key door in his room, Mega Man can read a sign that reveals Dennis' motive; he longs to impress Dr. Wily with his transformation abilities, although Wily had not yet noticed him regardless, much to his disappointment.
Dennis returns in Make a Good Mega Man Level 3, this time appearing in the entry Metall Man's Metall Factory; like before, he guards a barrier blocking off an important collectable, in this case a Trickster Token.
